About this Issue

Many Miami-Dade residents-especially in historically Black neighborhoods-face displacement due to rising rents, limited affordable housingand rapid redevelopment. This issue impacts families, seniors, small businesses and the cultural fabric of our communities.

Our goal is to protect existing affordable housing, increase access to stable housing and ensure that residents have a voice in decisions that impact their neighborhoods.
